Zarah Kravitz came to New York to satisfy her passion for performance. Everything changed when she got a terrible kidney infection a few years ago, leaving her very disenchanted by our health care system. This was when she embarked upon her personal yoga journey for healing of the mind and body. Around the same time she also became a Certified Holistic Health Counselor to not only continually learn how to heal herself through dietary change, but most importantly how to counsel others to do the same. Zarah then completed the Life of a Yogi 200 hour teacher training with the beloved Guru Sri Dharma Mittra. Her classes flow with a fierce intensity and uplifting calm.
